Redesigning Patient Experience in the Emergency Room

This project explored digital-first patient intake and status flows to improve clarity and throughput for both patients and ER staff. Using Figma prototyping, the team redesigned the ER experience to reduce friction and uncertainty during the most stressful parts of a hospital visit.
